I’ve been involved in advocacy and diversity work since 2013, when some friends and I co-founded LadyCADE in order to provide a safe space for women engaging in games culture. Since then I’ve broadened my efforts to encompass accessibility and inclusivity of all kinds, but my personal circumstances mean I’m most informed on matters of gender and sexuality.
I’ve delivered talks, lectures and panel contributions at a variety of venues on the subject of advocacy. My topics tend to include gender, LGBT issues and community organising.
Past venues include the Game Developers’ Conference (GDC), Stockholm’s KTH (Royal Technical College), Nine Worlds Geekfest and the Nordic Game Conference.
